2. Medical Disclaimer

Sip is a tool for tracking water intake and providing general hydration information. It is not a medical device.

  • The hydration goals and reminders provided are estimates and should not replace professional medical advice.

  • Always consult with a healthcare provider before making significant changes to your fluid intake, especially if you have underlying health conditions (e.g., kidney or heart issues).

  • Use of Sip is at your own risk.

3. Subscriptions (Sip Premium)

  • Billing: Sip Premium is billed on a subscription basis (Weekly or Yearly). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis.

  • Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

  • Auto-Renewal: The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

  • Trials: If a free trial is offered, you will be charged the subscription fee at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial expires. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

  • Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

  • Refunds: All billing is handled by Apple. We do not have the authority to issue refunds; you must contact Apple Support for refund requests.
